By accessing, browsing or registering an account on the fachai platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the required age threshold. fachai reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close any account that does not meet this requirement.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and fachai as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Management
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the fachai platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

User Responsibilities & Rules
Users agree not to use this platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or disruptive purposes. Specific prohibitions include:
- Using automation software, bots or third-party tools to access the platform
- Manipulating the bonus or promotion system through unauthorised means
- Attempting to breach platform security systems
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification
- Transferring funds between user accounts without authorisation
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, including forfeiture of any balance associated with the offending activity.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the fachai platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and are entirely their own. Use of payment methods not belonging to the registered user is strictly prohibited.
Fachai reserves the right to request identity verification or proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Such requests are part of our established fraud prevention and anti-money laundering procedures.
Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the selected payment method. Deposits via TNG eWallet and FPX are processed instantly in most cases. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in your account wallet section, subject to any required security checks.
Any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment service providers are the sole responsibility of the user. fachai is not liable for processing delays caused by disruptions from banking institutions or e-wallet providers.

Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Fachai is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, service interruptions due to maintenance, or unforeseen technical disruptions.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee that services will be continuously available, error-free or suited to any specific user requirement. Users access this platform at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
Fachai reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
- Violation of the stipulated terms and conditions
- Providing false information or identity fraud
- Account inactive beyond the stipulated period
- Requests from relevant authorities
Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to reclaim any unused bonus balance. Real money balances will be settled in accordance with fachai's internal policies applicable at the time of closure.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the fachai platform, including logos, designs, text, software and graphics, is the exclusive property of fachai or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or use any content without prior written consent.

The fachai platform may contain references or links to third-party services. fachai is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Fachai reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia.
Bonus & Promotions Terms
All bonus offers and promotions on fachai are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Rollover requirements, minimum bet amounts, validity periods and eligible games are among the conditions that must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted.
A welcome bonus offer is available to one new account only. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts or other unauthorised methods will result in cancellation of all related bonuses and may lead to account closure.
Fachai reserves the right to modify, withdraw or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any dispute relating to a bonus must be submitted to our support team via email within 14 days of the relevant transaction date.
